“Dick Cheney, who was a loser and a terrible person, will be lucky to get a thousand people at his funeral,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “My funeral will draw MILLIONS!”
Remarking that “nobody cares” about Cheney’s funeral, Trump said he expects the turnout at his funeral to set records, noting, “Every day, people say to me, ‘Sir, I can’t wait for that day to come.’”

It is 1984ish that the ProGlibs would make common cause with Dead Dick Cheney, and solely because his daughter was against Trump (and obviously he was senile and just reiterated whatever she told him to say in his dotage).
I mean the ProGlibs definitely attributed the Iraq war, 100,000 Iraqi troop deaths, 1,000,000 civilian deaths, and god knows what else to Evil Cheney.

Sort of shows how the landscape has shifted, in only 20 years. I remember Cheney being flamed for Halliburton receiving "no bid" contracts to profiteer from the made up war in Iraq, while Cheney had a financial interest in that company. Now, that doesn't even budge the needle on the corruption meter.

The corruption in the Philippines is thought of as the same effect as a tax by economists writing so us lay folks can understand it. They estimate it to be about 20%. If we continue down this road of acceptable corruption, that will happen here.
