Russell Moore, Editor-in-Chief of the magazine Christianity Today, had this to say about Trump's vile, disgusting post about the murder of Rob Reiner and his wife:
“How this vile, disgusting, and immoral behavior has become normalized in the United States is something our descendants will study in school, to the shame of our generation.”

It will never be spun that way in the history books.
Given that the SCOTUS has made paying bribes and kickbacks to elected officials officially legal, ruled there is no Federal remedy for partisan gerrymandered districts, and conflict of interest has been normalized, we Proles are screwed. This is the sort we will have in government, from now on: the worst sort of demagogue, who only seeks office for personal enrichment and aggrandizement.
As for "Christianity Today", the sort of Christianity we are headed for is the Westboro Baptist sort.

This is a dumb take by Russell Moore.
He cares way more about his Trump Derangement Syndrome than the fact that one of the most highly-privileged set of parents on the entire planet somehow, with all their wealth, opportunity, fame, and privilege, somehow managed to raise a patricidal and matricidal [alleged] murderer.
Perhaps if the Reiner family had done a better job of emphasizing the familial and communitarian, spiritual, moral, and ethical aspects of life--I'm not even going to say "religious" as obviously that won't fly here--you know, the very values that Russell claims to stand for--rather than fame, wealth, narcissistic levels of achievement, money, "MANON"--
things would have turned out differently for the Reiner family.
People like Russell Moore ARE the problem.

I guess it's "MAMMON" (not Manon)

This explains absolutely nothing about the Reiner’s as people, but it clearly explains everything about you as a person.

Sounds suspiciously like Trump’s parents. Except one son [actually] murdered a democracy and another was an alcoholic.

Alpha Wolf,
Are you a racist?
If poor minority families raise kids to be murderers, we would assume something about their family dynamic and upbringing probably contributed to that.
Is Rob Reiner and spouse immune because he is a famous celebrity? Or because he was white, wealthy, and privileged?
The crass celebrity worship is part of what's wrong with America.
