If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

So? Making it stick isn’t the point. Buying time is.

Is there any particular reason to think that if terrorists wanted to get into the U.S. for the purpose of committing a terrorist act, the way they would do it is by walking in and surrendering immediately to the Border Patrol?
