On the economy, foreign policy, Russia/Ukraine, and immigration Trump's approval rating is underwater. Only on crime issues is he even. He's significantly underwater on the Israel/Palestinian conflict as well, but since most of that polling doesn't reflect the recent cease-fire I think most of us would agree that the tracker probably doesn't reflect current opinion.
But no - it's not just "the left" and "dems." Voters generally disapprove of what Trump's doing on the issues. However, voters show no desire to switch to Democrats or to trust them any more on those issues than they do Trump, so he's probably not especially concerned by any of this.

Yes. Voters right now do not particularly prefer the Democrats on issues relating to the economy, crime, immigration, and other matters. They don't necessarily like what Trump is doing, but they wouldn't prefer that the Democrats be in charge instead.
