Ya, Mike, most of my life it's been that the National Guard is the militia in the Constitution that both States and Fed would use. That if there were riots or serious threats, you could call out the National Guard, who, alongside the Police would quell rioting, They both learned, studied, practiced riot techniques for breaking up riots. Posse Comitatis meant that in an unusual violent situation where deep unrest needed to be dealt with we could pull out the troops. Now the standards are lowered to the point where though there's no violence or even threat of violence, the NG gets deployed and does landscaping and picks up trash.

Impressive list. The mortars they talk about are firework mortars (designed to make noise), not military mortars, and the guillotine was non functional, i.e., no place to put your head, dropped straight to the ground and would've hurt or busted the metal, so it's a mock guillotine. The left has its fair share of crazies and ICE is a focal point. Unfortunately, with some bad tactics ICE has pointed the finger at themselves. We allow carry and there will be threats.
