Yet there are real residents who report that schools, hospitals, etc being overrun.

That's normal when people of child bearing age move into an area. Notice they DON'T say there isn't enough housing? That's because there is likely enough housing due to population drop. They probably need more teachers, nurses, etc. Import more Filipina nurses! :) Notice you have to have an education to be a teacher or a nurse?
