Wife's friends' husband hates hybrids and EVs, even though they live out in East BFE, have a lake house even further out, and drive A LOT.
All of a sudden, he is intrigued by the idea of a Tesla. Not any other EV, just a Tesla.
We love our Chevy EV and Kia hybrid cars. We will never, ever own a Tesla while Musk has anything to do with it.
It could be a net good - more people are considering EVs.
This guy could definitely save a lot by driving a Tesla. Though he did tell me he also wants a bigger truck for towing the boat and camper...
