Supreme Court extends the stay of SNAP, and predictably, Ketanji throws a temper tantrum.

Weren't some of you guys pointing out what a strategic legal genius Ketanji is?

"The only way to end this crisis — which the Executive is adamant to end — is for Congress to reopen the government," Solicitor General D. John Sauer wrote in the Trump administration's latest court filing.

My read: his nibs really does not want to fund SNAP, and does not want to assume that the House will approve the Senate's bill. I'm sure that, if Lord Trump leaned on Johnson to have the bill approved, it would be, so regime actions in the Court tell me he wants SNAP disrupted as much as possible.

Anyone making book on SNAP funding only being extended to January 30, or not at all, because his nibs wants that money for himself and his cronies?

Steve
