If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

I wanted to add that the layers of fees charged to retail investors are mind-boggling.
My friend has a financial advisor who recommended investing in a private credit fund-of-funds that invests in private credit funds as a limited partner. I counted three layers already, each happily taking their cuts totalling at least 4.5% assets/year. Friend was smart enough to ask me to demystify the 50-page prospectus :-)
