Thought I would share this one here.
Certainly is a falling knife, but also oddly a growth story, and an under-the-hood value play, when factoring in cash, partnerships, incoming milestones, royalty streams, and new markets & indications.

In a nutshell, I expect they get acquired or partner off their US business. Either should be a windfall for the stock.
