Rigorous isn't always about physical energy.

Its about strategy, running on records, spin, media favoritism and money.

Biden's strategy is simple: a revamped version of last time.
Stay in the basement, only go in front of the most favorable crowds, howl about 'our democracy is at stake' while simultaneously threatening Trump with this and that. Tout his meh economy and count on his bureaucrats to over-inflate the job numbers to drive news cycles (they can correct them later, they're already doing this. GDP will be next).

Then pray that China doesn't make him look even more feeble by flexing some muscles.
