A recently published Harvard study estimates Trump's destruction of USAID has already caused 600,000 deaths, 2/3 of them children.

We've seen this before. The supposed party of fiscal responsibility is nothing of the kind. All they really care about is transferring more of the nation's wealth to the oligarchs. Everyone else can suck hind tit.
