The Trump administration is expected to purchase $400 million worth of armored Tesla vehicles, according to a new State Department document detailing procurement for fiscal year 2025.

So, is the Cybertruck normally armored? I didn't think so. Is armoring an extra-cost option that anyone can choose? Or is this a special gov't contract-only option that would no doubt balloon the cost exorbitantly?
