regarding the cliche of stupidity vs malice, MAGA's calling card is they are rarely mutually exclusive.

B who makes drills and sell to
C who extract oil and sell to
A to run the mines.

according to team trump, every country is ripping off someone and getting ripped off.
no amount of 1-on-1 fixes this.
C is just not buying ore from A.
