While the "dictators" forced the adoption of EV's, the proliferation of charging stations is a pragmatic support of that policy.

We were doing that as well, and it does not take a dictatorship.

EV market share in the US is still growing.

We might have more chargers per EV than China.

The Chinese EV owners might be in a city apartment without a garage.
