If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

Multiple countries TOGETHER sent more than America? Oh no way. Especially with America alleviating much of their defense needs for decades.

Not to mention..... Europe is right there on the border of this fun stuff, it's their backyard.

Sucks that the Soviets were a Blue State for so long. They didn't have American Style Capitalism so their country sucks, and Putin has nothing to work with.

Wish he had the wherewithal to raise his flag in Paris and Brussels.
