I went ahead and sold 2/3 of my stock in an IRA. I'm being fairly defensive with my investing at this time and have done well so far this year by moving money late last year to international stocks and gold.
Probably too early but better than too late.

I started looking at Japanese stocks, but Etrade doesn't let me into the Tokyo Stock Exchange. My inspiration was Buffett's purchase of the Japanese trading houses, but I found a lot of stock there appear undervalued. I finally decided on investing in EWJV, a Japanese value investing ETF.

$4trn would be 35 x trailing earnings and $330-340 per share. Seems it's playing catch up with MSFT and Apple.
