Hershey and competitors like Nestle and Mondelez get premium valuations even when growth slows or turns negative. Too many dividend seeking investors hold these stocks and only focus on the dividends and disregard the total return.

Earnings will have to miss for several more quarters and dividend growth slow down sharply for Hershey share price to come close to $100.

$110-125 is not unreasonable though given headwinds with a slow decline over the rest of 2025. I have a bit but was considering adding but have put it into the too hard pile.
