Very cool concept, thanks. Seems like there are many brands, and much less expensive ones. Even Lowes and Home Depot sells them.

I love that they are quiet and don't block the window view.

Seems like there are many brands, and much less expensive ones.

Be careful. Saw several "look alikes" but they were NOT heat pumps. They were an AC with a low heating capacity.

Saw one GE heat pump--mid-$500s. A bit on the low end in terms of capacity (AC/heat). Haven't done a lot of looking yet, but the right unit (at the right price) would move volumes of units.
