Yep, he's in trouble. And he absolutely deserves it, if indeed he committed the tax crimes he's accused of. - albaby

Serious crime for sure. But lets not forget our totally unbiased DOJ, after letting the statute of limitations expire on some crimes, was perfectly willing to sweep all of rest of this away under a plea agreement. But then a pesky judge asked too many questions and the sweetheart deal was exposed.

Tell me again there is no two tier system of justice. Now maybe that is just the way it is, the rich and well connected are just going to get better deals. That doesn't mean I have to like it. But what I really don't like being lectured is there no two tier system in the first place.
