Thank you very much for this fulsome outline. There are some areas i would like to add to the downside but more to exclude them or to debate them too.
1. Out of the money Tutes - are they actively reducing their average price…
2. Suing the Generic manufacturers after they notified their intentions to manufacture
3. OPEX today (20th September)
4. Underperforming US sales (suspect these will pick up in Q4 and be reported in Feb/Mar 2025)
5. Full moon!

I’m basically all in on ESPR and so keen to game the upside and the downside, but all i really want is clarity.
