Photographs of what appear to be sores on former president Trump's right hand are trending on X and many people are saying it's 'syphilis'. In fairness, some people are saying herpes.

Given the wild illness claims made against candidate Hillary Clinton -- republicans swore that Clinton would die before she could take office -- this is actually pretty funny.

It's even funnier that people are pointing out the irony in the suspicion that Trump seems to be afflicted with the same STI that killed Al Capone -- a man Trump has been comparing himself to on recent campaign stops -- and that afflicted Adolph Hitler, a man that Trump likes to quote.

Trump also seems to be dragging his leg when he walks, whatever that means.

Seems unlikely. Syphilis is easily treatable, and as POTUS he had doctors that would have discovered and treated it. Unless he refused to get checkups, which I suppose is possible.

Those red splotches could easily be explained by careless use of a red Sharpie, or one that leaked while he was using it.

That explains why Melania slaps his little hands away!...
