In Oklahoma City Thursday, about 20 federal immigration agents raided the wrong home, forcing a woman out of the house with her three daughters, not even leaving them enough time to get dressed, and then seized their phones, laptops, and life savings.
Who are these Brown Shirt goons!
If they are who they say they are they should have gone through law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco Georgia.
As a Federal LE officer I attended training at FLETC in 1978 and 1981. Different agencies no doubt have different curriculums and emphases, but it was my impression that we all got a good dose of the law and civil liberties. Maybe times have changed.
Something is seriously rotten.

I've been waiting for the follow up on that raid.
Incidently, I looked it up and the number one reason for missing an immigration hearing is not receiving notice. We have a problem giving proper notice by mail, etc.

Dejoy slowed postal delivery quite significantly. It is usually 2-4 days late. I get the daily e-mail notice from USPS about what is *supposed* to be in my mailbox that day. And the letters, cards, etc stuff is generally not there *that day*. Packages usually arrive on time because they are tracked continuously, so I usually know when they are delivered.
