The camo, the masks, the militarized aura serves NO purpose except for THEATER.
Come to think of it- choreography, image and role play defines much of Trump’s governing.
Mostly, I would think that, after twenty hears of Bush's wars, there is plenty of camo gear available.
And, probably, part of it is theater. Remember the Bush regime's promotion of war mentality? Even the staff at stateside hospitals, like Walter Reed, were wearing camo, instead of their traditional working uniforms. Boots at Great Lakes were wearing camo, instead of the dungaree work uniform I wore. Think about how stupid the "blueberry" camo was. Did they really think a 1000' carrier would be rendered invisible, because the people inside it were wearing camo?
