A typical "JC": builds an echo chamber around himself, and fills it with yes-men who say what he wants to hear, and feeds his delusions. I forget which one it was, but, as one of his cabinet officers was kicked out the door, during the first term, the ex-officer said "don't hire another yes-man", but, of course, that is exactly what a "JC" would do.
Trump is the sort that, for the last 40 years, we Proles have been told we need to make sacrifices, so they can be made richer.
