Wow, AI is getting pretty scary good.
Lots of extremely convincing "AI slop" on YouTube as well: touching stories of animals being rescued and saved; depictions of impossible physical feats; realistic in person explainers by Richard Feynman, Leonard Susskind, Neil deGrasse Tyson, etc., discoursing on all manner of physics topics, in their own voices and animated personas.

On the whole, MAGA are so easily fooled.
MAGA has a new imaginary friend.
Meet Jessica Foster:
Just watch...Trump will try to appoint Jessica to a high office in his administration and someone on his staff will have to convince him that she's just AI.
Then 'she' will move on to a job at FOX 'news'.

And the musical AI fakes are annoying as hell. I admit, they've gotten really good. But I don't want to listen to a person using a computer to make fake music and putting up videos of non-existent artists.
If the YT video comes with a very visible disclaimer about the music and video being an AI creation, I can live with that. But there are entities like "Crossroads Music" that put up fakes and never mention that it is AI. Fck that.
