As Covid, predictably, spreads across the wintry world, an astounding number of people refuse not just vaccination, but the only therapy with data to support its efficacy.

"Paxlovid Cuts Covid Death Risk. But Those Who Need It Are Not Taking It.
With Covid deaths rising to about 1,500 per week....."

Why am I not surprised by this tidbit:
"Regional differences offer a clue, with uptake highest in the Democratic strongholds of the Northeast and Pacific Northwest regions of the United States and lowest in deep red areas including Florida and Indiana."

Florida has that moron doctor that DeSantis appointed heading the state health dept; an anti-vaxxer conspiracy theorist.

Let 'em die.
