I don't follow this guy closely. Not 100% sure, but I think in the pre November run up
to the election, he was talking about how he liked "Trump's Policies", so there is a chance
he voted for this mess that Trump is dumping on us. But he is singing a different tune now.
A scary, dystopian different tune. Absolutely mind blowing to me how smart people
who knew all of Trump's history helped elect him.

And though he says these outcomes are "not likely", they are becoming more likely by the
day. Trump thinks nothing of going bankrupt, so don't be surprised if he tries to take
the Country down the same path.

I do personally think the Country is going to rise up if this gets really bad. MAGA will
never abandon him, but the rest of the Country sure will, we are less than 3 months
into his chaotic bull$*@!, and the pain coming has not yet arrived.
Not sure if Trump meets the same fate as Mussolini, but there is a non zero chance
that he is run out of office in disgrace.

"Trump 2.0 has proven to be not only worse than his first term in office, but worse than almost anyone expected during his campaign. "

"I suspect Trump will do something more like what he used to do as a businessman when his debt went bad — look for a cheap bailout, and if one doesn’t emerge, declare bankruptcy…"

"The other thing Trump could do is to declare bankruptcy — i.e., to have the U.S. default on its sovereign debt….Trump declared bankruptcy quite frequently back in his days as a businessman — it does seem to be his natural instinct"
