Sounds delicious. I like pancakes and make them when my daughter and the grand-kids are here for a visit. And I occasionally make them for myself, usually making them for my dinner. I may give your recipe a try. Pancakes have been on my mind lately since recently a friend from New Hampshire sent me a pint of genuine old fashioned maple syrup made locally where she lives.
