Biden is not a professor. He was given the title of professor.
Ziprecruiter isn't promulgating a binding definition of a professor - it's just providing a summary of the typical background of someone holding that job. That doesn't mean that every professor has those qualifications, or that someone who doesn't have those qualifications can't be a professor, because....ziprecruiter.
He was given a position in the faculty of University of Pennsylvania with the title of professor....so he is accurate when he says that he is a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Because he is.
It's certainly legitimate to point out what his actual job responsibilities were at Penn. As I mentioned, there are plenty of professors who don't teach (my uncle is one)....and if one of them was suggesting that his title of professor meant that he had teaching experience, it would be fine to call them out.
But to claim that they have dementia because they accurately and correctly state that they are a professor at U. Penn. when that is exactly the title they hold? Again, that's just Gateway Pundit trying to deceive you, LM.
