I couldn't care less, except that it makes America look stupid. We can relabel it on our maps, but the international body responsible for that isn't going to change the name. Legal Eagle actually mentioned that, also.
Though we can rename Mt Denali back to Mt McKinley. That's a US mountain, and we can name it however we like. Again, I don't really care. I think it's kinda dumb to bother renaming it when the entire region is known as "Denali". Fussing because it is an indigenous name from the indigenous people is small-minded and idiotic.

They want American "popularity" when we bend over under the bleachers for any member of the 'international community' when they are in the mood.
They want popularity when America gives blood and money for security guarantees.
They want popularity when America go vis over discoveries and humanity changing innovations - for nothing,
They want popularity when other countries can build middle classes and infrastructure with what used to be America's money.
They want America gutted in exchange for polite applause from Western Europeans and others.
They want popularity that is superficial that is based on them using us.
they want out middle class workers and cities gutted and turned into wards of state, while on OUR backs, middle classes from Mexico to china to India are propped up and weapons are bought with what used to be our money - to be used against US.

We didn't have respect from 2016-2020, and we won't have it from 2024-2028. We've elected a clown, and most world leaders see that. We'll get no respect that isn't the respect-of-the-gun (i.e. fear/intimidation). You never respect a bully, you just try to avoid them and not become their target.
