Remember when, in Trump's first term, his behavior had many people calling him a pathological narcissist? But the RW media and the MAGAts said "no, no, it's just performative" or whatever other excuses they could find for his infantile self-obsession.
There is now no denying this man is absolutely a pathological narcissist. But MAGA still loves their demagoguing megalomaniac.
