Trump clashes with Karoline Leavitt over health fears as he changes key detail of check up

However, Trump underwent his last annual physical in April, making him six months early for a yearly checkup. Asked about what he's having done during the checkup and how he's feeling on Thursday, Trump told reporters in the White House that the screening is actually a "sort of semi-annual physical", not the "yearly" checkup that Leavitt described.

"I'm meeting with the troops and I'm also going to do sort of a semi-annual physical, which I do," the president said from the Oval Office, suggesting he has done semi-annual physicals before, of which no details have been released.

I feel confident that his daily semi-annual physicals are simply routine ways of showing he is the fittest 79 year-old Pedophile we've ever had using the autopen in the White House.
