A wise man once said this.

The job of the police isn't to protect the citizen from the criminal.
It's to protect the criminal from the citizen.

Big cities who have defunded their police forces or other abandoned public order are leaving citizens with a choice: sit there and take, or do something about it.

Well, guess what? In a lot of parts of America, the phrase F$ck Around and Find Out still means something.

For your viewing enjoyment, just ask this guy:
https://twitter.com/realJoelFischer/status/1686739...

For those who don't want to watch, we see an individual inside a bodega. He's wheeled a 50-gallon trash can in there with him and he's calmly removing all the cartons of cigarettes from the shelves. The guy who's filming it keeps saying to the employees "There's nothing you can do until the police come". The criminal, meanwhile, says to the employees "Watch out, boss" and tries to calmly walk out the door.

Well. Let's just say there are certain demographics out there that just don't play.

This guy found out.

He wasn't wise. He was a cynical purveyor of misinformation... much like yourself.

<Let's just say there are certain demographics out there that just don't play.>

Yes, like the MAGA demographic for instance?

Jan 6th?

Let's hear from an actual police officer...

"If it wasn't my job, I would have done that for free.
It was absolutely my pleasure to crush a white nationalist insurrection.
And we'll do it as many times as it takes." ~D.C. Police Officer Daniel Hodges

You wanna talk about a one-off Bodega thief I want to talk about a cult of lunatics trying to overthrow the Government, see the difference?

Some people take so many L's in life that it just makes them miserable. Rather than dealing with it productively they act like he does.
