"Trust the process"? You've got to be fcuking kidding me.
Whenever I made the mistake of asking a question, or offering an idea, at work, the honchos would say "I know things you don't know", or "I understand things you don't understand", without ever explaining what those "things" are. "Trust the process" is the same thing: a blow off to uppity people who have no business asking questions, but need to sit down, shut up, and do as they are told.
