Me: Who fears investigation of their actions? Trump at the moment - afraid of the Epstein papers. And because Freedom of Speech exists in tension with other rights that protect reputations against injurious falsehoods, for one, Trump sues, not protect his sordid reputation, but to suppress other's speech.

Are you trying to tell me that the Dems and liberals on this board are praising Trump for suing to suppress people's speech? Don't think anyone buys that. You have praised and were happy with Trump's suits against others. The only thing you ever showed hesitancy on was tariffs, and you abandoned that hesitancy.
We do praise people like E Jean Carrol, because that really took a lot for her to be willing to go through that against a powerful and popular person like Trump. Central Park 5? About time.
