Also no crater anywhere as you would get in an actual bomb strike. No collapsed buildings as you would expect in an explosion but major fire damage that would occur from lets say unspent rocket fuel creating fireball.

The media's been dying to run a story like this knowing that it would create a splash and reinforce the narrative they want. They inserted the "both sides say" stuff but did other subtle things like attach BS photos and videos to their reporting to make this something it wasn't (a detail rather willfully ignored by responders here).

Now that the truth is out, they're walking things back. The BBC guy interviewing the IDF spokesman even tried to deflect to some other incident.
