I don’t know what the payout will be but I do know what will happen eventually with liability.

Electricity is a critical industry. It needs massive investment to grow with new demand. Investors require limited liability. Investors and governments will “work together” to find a limit on liability.

I don’t know when the new laws will be enacted but I expect the lobbying is already underway.

It works for nuclear power and it can work for transmission too.
