The memo line of the check said, "loan repayment." Where's the crime?"" Thanks for sharing your legal and financial expertise. Have you ever been an insider? Have you ever been regulated by the SEC, NASD, your state division of securities etc? Look up the word, nominee. Do you expect a check to say, your ten percent of the payoff ? Was Al Capone that ignorant? Come on man, do I have to hold your hand ? Have you ever seen a check that discloses illegal behavior? Unreal.
