I didn't win too many friends over on Saul's when the stock was flying high and I mentioned that UPST was the most temporary business model I'd ever seen, so I won't go there. But what I would suggest is that the productivity of businesses with products such as this often gets pulled away from the founding business and into the overall system quite quickly.
