Thanks for the links to the FTC approval and the lawsuit. I suspect the approval will turn out to be a significant factor in the lawsuit. Novo’s offer looks higher but it has a lot of contingencies - including the uncertainty that Novo can get approval. Which Pfizer now has. That’s a serious problem that money cannot solve, possibly fatal. We’ll see.

I loved the tidbit that Novo’s lawyers needed a conflict waiver from Pfizer. I wonder who made that call?

My question: Will Pfizer sweeten its offer to get this done?
