Several Senate Republicans have now come out and said that there needs to be an actual investigation of the Signal chat. Not just the handful of most centrist ones like Murkowski (although her, too). Thune, Wicker, and Rounds all came out and publicly called for an investigation - not just in the Senate national security committees (which are beginning to announce they will have hearings), but by the Administration itself. They want the DoD Inspector General to do an investigation as well. It will be interesting to see if self-examination, and directly confronting a mistake to assess how it happened and make sure it doesn't happen again, is within the Administration's wheelhouse....

They want the DoD Inspector General to do an investigation as well.

Who wants to tell them that Trump fired all of the Inspectors General?

After reading the latest article on The Atlantic, they didn't exactly divulge everything. And what they did divulge - the details of the attack - are probably no longer important to keep secret. They kept the name and identity of the CIA operative secret, for example. I don't recall reading anything at all about that operative in the article.
