This caught my eye at the end of the article:
"Berkshire is also tipped to roll out almost $1.9 billion in share buybacks during the quarter, the analysts said."
I wouldn't bet on it!!

"currently trading at a "1% discount to its intrinsic value."
Such a bullish call. Wow. I think I'll have to go lie down for a while.

Looks like a crappy research report generated by AI. Not worth much

Contgratulations BandonDunes on the 10,000th post on the Berkshire Hathaway board at Shrewd'm! It that isn't a milestone number, I don't know what is. I suppose the 100,000 number will come soon enough based on the increase rate of idea generation (across all boards on aggregate) on a year to year basis.
And thank you to everyone for making such a 10,000th post possible!
The rate of signups are actually increasing right now, which is pretty incredible considering Shrewd'm has no marketing budget. It is likely word of mouth, combined possibly with some Google searches given that all of your posts are in the public.
Keep letting your friends (interesting particularly in investing education) know about Shrewd'm - as a civilised, highly helpful, self-educating, independent thinking land.. and also use more often the email forwarding feature after recommending any long post.
There are enormously more people reading your posts that you might think, based on the the server request info (often averaging one post read per second), so you are providing some serious value to the outside world as well as within Shrewd'm.
Street skaters might say, let's shred it. But around here, let's Shrewd it.

Manlobbi - Are you comfortable sharing the number of sign-ups for Shrewd'm? I know you're not publicly traded, so not required by law ;). I've been noticing how robust the conversation is now, especially on the BRK board. It's a beautiful thing.

There are 672 people logging in. The number reading is far higher with the server requests are often averaging about one post read per second.
You don’t need an account to read the boards, similarly as you may read Seeking Alpha posts without signing up, through they have reading limits there and we don’t - so that might help one to imagine how the majority that are reading your posts are not signing up here.
