Thank jeebus. Sadly, though, Santos will still have "floor privileges" whatever that means. He apparently can't make any speeches or vote on anything, but I guess he can still just "be there"? Will be continue to get a paycheck for doing nothing?

This article says he hasn't served long enough for a pension. I'm not sure about lifetime healthcare though.
