LM, quoting a presidential proclamation:

As a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on August 27, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and

I looked it up. The quote is accurate.

Two questions:

1. What act of violence was committed on August 27?

The Hortons were assassinated in early June, two and a half months prior. Why did he wait so long?

2. Nowhere in that proclamation are the Hortons even mentioned.
