after some research in 2023, i came to a (probably obvious) conclusion that responding to random GOP\MAGA trolls on any website is not going to change anyone into logical people with basic concepts of reason and the scientific method.
so as much as i appreciate highly considered original posts from albaby1, commonone, etc...
i kindly suggest that responding repeatedly to certain others is likely a total waste of your valuable time.
(e.g., the usual suspects i blocked last year , aka stupid1, lechermom, sheepdip, etc...)

https://wondery.com/shows/unsung-science/episode/1...looking elsewhere, i find that all is not lost, and there may be a chance for productive discussions with someone you have DIRECT personal connections with, such as a relative or co-worker. i have been avoiding touchy subjects with that group, but it seems the wrong attitude in a year that matters most.
