Why are none of the writers moved to comment on the Nvidia board? Seems anomalous.
The citations are useful, with comments that are relevantly directed towards NVDA. But one of the points made refers to the 'excessive' P/S and P/E ratios. They ARE high, and deserve appropriate attention, caution.
That said, their excessive levels go part and parcel with stocks where investors expect that the underlying company will grow into them. The ratios are a useful metric as to the level of confidence of investors, and the degree of solid product hold in their respective markets.
In the case of NVDA, they possess a solid grip with a comfortable moat on processors for the data center users and the much heralded coming AI revolution.
Back to the high ratios: A given side effect is their undeniable volatility. And this NVDA exhibits, IN SPADES!
"It goes with the territory".
