I just rewatched "Get Back". I watched it shortly after it came out about 3 years ago.

It was interesting watching the creative process. I know the songs, and when they were struggling with the lyrics, I was "no, it's like this!". They're classic at this point, but even when they had the tune they were still trying to settle on lyrics.

It's a fun video/movie if you're a fan. By 1969 the Beatles were so well established that it's almost inconceivable to me that people would be complaining to the police about a free concert (mostly old guys in bowlers, from what I could see...and one older woman complaining it woke her up). I'm not a Swifty, but I could take a free concert for an hour or so (the Beatles were playing for 42 minutes). They identified the "bobbies" that showed up as a result of the complaints, put their names on screen when they showed up, and included them in the credits. Imagine forever being known as the officer that stopped a free Beatles concert. :-)

I hear tell that in a few days the "Beatles Anthology" is dropping. I'll be tuning in. It appears to be another documentary, but I don't want to "spoil" it, so I haven't looked it up except to see the release date.
