Someone is having so much fun coming up with these…https://www.calonews.com/featured-topics/media/the...Funny story- I saw the article linked yesterday, but today, news stories are back to “Newsom’s staff”. One even apologized for identifying the individual named, before “correcting” with the information that coming up with those tweets was a team effort that involved multiple members of the staff.
Could have been Newsom, or it could have been Camille herself who pushed that correction to the record.
Regardless, it’s good to see an organization that subjects itself to the principle that it says it believes. For Newsom, that’s summed up in his oft repeated:
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go togetherOn the one hand, we have the image of Donald Trump, sitting alone on his golden throne at 2 am, madly tweeting in all caps.
On the other, we have the image of a team, sitting around a conference table, collectively coming up with good parody…… and having an uproarious time as they do.
Two images. Contrasting images. It’s a shame that we’ve come to this- driving political messaging by creating images, but it’s good to see that at least Newsom seems to be enforcing his among his own people.
