The Six Day Peace

This is fake news. The Peace Deal was never a real peace deal. It is only a cease fire agreement with separation of forces, partial Israeli withdrawal, exchange of hostages and prisoners. The deal as such is still in effect. It’s holding, barely. So on the one hand it’s not peace, and on the other it hasn’t failed. It has been violated. Both sides have hurled accusations at each other about who violated it first. And both sides continue to declare that they are abiding by it.

All the celebrations of Trumpedo’s failure in this case are premature.

Was Trump's "Mission Accomplished" Middle East trip also premature?

Depends what you think the mission was. If you think it was to accomplish everlasting peace in the Middle East, it wasn't only premature, it was totally delusional. If you think it was to bask in the accolades of Israelis, to the point of worshipping at his feet, it was timed perfectly. And he did accomplish more than Israelis believed possible just a few days earlier - the return of all living hostages, and a cease fire that is holding precariously. It was also timed perfectly to meet with the Arab leaders and promote real estate deals that will greatly enhance Trumpedo's personal fortune.
